What does membership cost?
Nothing. Create an account on theliquidcollection.com and you're enrolled at Bronze straight away.
When are Casks credited?
Casks appear in your account once the order has been delivered and the 3-working-day return window has closed.
Do Casks expire?
Casks stay in your account as long as you place at least one order every 18 months.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on your total spend over a rolling 12 months, reviewed on the first of each month.
Can I use Casks with a discount code?
Casks work alongside member pricing, but only one discount code can be applied to an order.
What happens if I return a bottle?
Casks earned on the returned item are reversed, and any Casks you redeemed against it are returned to your balance.
